always an issue when it boiled down to the cake and how to avoid complaints by
non-celiacs about the taste of the cake or to make the celiacs in my family feel

Just wanted you to know how much my husband loved the bread that we
bought in your bakery yesterday!  He was diagnosed with Celiac Disease just a
few months ago and hasn't had any bread since. He has not found any gluten-free
bread he really enjoyed eating until NOW! We will def. be back to buy more. He
also LOVED the chocolate chip cookie he bought!  Thank you so much for making
these products!! We plan to shop there more often now!

Thank you for making such beautiful and delicious cakes for our family's celebration last Saturday.  The white cake was delectable, and you did a wonderful job including both of our daughters' names on each side of the frosting cross for their Confirmation and First Communion.  Also, my mom's birthday cake was perfect!   We told everyone about you -- all 50 guests -- and my sister-in-law took down your address so she can become a regular customer, as she needs a gluten-free diet.   We will be back again soon!

Just HAD to let you know, your biscottis were the hit at my friends Super bowl party. I ate more than I should have. They kept asking me where I got them, so I told them that one of my teachers is a chef and has her own bakery!!

AND…you were right…Those ricotta biscuits are MY FAVORITE. When I got home, there were only three left in the bag and my girlfriend grabbed them and ate them.

I’ll be back for more!!!! See you real soon!

me and my husband and boy came in yesterday and ordered a "cars" cake theme for
his birthday on Feb. 13Th, just wanted to say your cookies and cupcakes are
amazing and we will be coming back very soon to get more, he loves the skippers
too, but what kid does not like chocolate, he calls them "beans" thanks again
and if I don't get a chance to come in personally I will definitely order from
you. My mother and stepfather will be picking up the cake since they live in

I just received my box full of cookies — They were packaged so nicely and perfect for gift giving — but this batch is for me. I got two different Biscotti's — Orange Cranberry and White Chocolate Raspberry — they are both so good I cannot decide which I like better. I also ordered a cookie tray and it is full of many different cookies perfect for a family gathering or a Holiday party or then again you may have to get some to take to work. I cannot thank you enough for making my holiday's easier and will be sending in my Christmas order right away so that I do not miss out.

I have bought both the biscotti and also the cookie tray for Thanksgiving. Also got many different kinds of biscotti for friends that asked for them. They are the best Biscotti I have ever had and I have been told by all who have had them there were also the best. I have many who want to order more for the holidays. The cookie tray was really good, with a good variety of cookies plus not the usual cookies you find in a tray.   Great as a gift or if you need to take something to a friend’s house for a visit. Or if you need to send someone a little something as a thank you. Once you try the cookies you can take it from me you will order more.

Dear A&J Bakery

The cake was wonderful.  The kids loved it and so did all the parents. I had forgotten that two of the guests also have a peanut and a tree nut allergy.  The parents of the other children with allergies were so glad that they could relax and  breathe a sigh of relief because they didn't have to worry about the kids eating the cake, having to bring something else or any type of meltdown because their child couldn't have the cake.
